Plugable s 7 in 1 USB C adapter hub (USBC-7IN1E) enables you to connect an external HDMI monitor 2x USB peripherals Gigabit Ethernet SD or microSD cards and a USB-C power adapter to a USB Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 supported system – all with one connection. The compact size allows for ultra portability and removes the need to carry multiple dongles that could occupy other valuable ports. The USB multiport adapter leverages the USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery technologies to support an external monitor and Power Delivery functions. This USB-C hub also offers two USB 3.0 Type-A ports that support data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps. The USB-C digital AV multiport adapter is entirely USB bus powered and does not require a power supply to work. The HDMI 2.0 port on the USB C charging hub can support resolutions up to 3840×2160@30Hz and 1080p resolutions at 60Hz. For computers which support DisplayPort 1.4 (DP 1.4) such as the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 the Surface Book 3 or the Surface Pro 7 this USB C multiport adapter supports 4K 60Hz.
