It features four balanced XLR inputs and eight balanced XLR outputs; any input can be routed to any output. Every input offers gain mute high- and low-pass filters 8-band parametric EQ polarity and up to 680 ms of delay. Every output features gain mute crossover/band-pass filters 9-band parametric EQ polarity up to 680 ms of delay and a compressor/limiter. 5-segment LED meters for all inputs and outputs are visible on the front panel regardless of the current menu selection. A built-in signal generator provides sine white noise and pink noise for various alignment and testing procedures. Store and recall up to 30 custom configurations via the user preset bank. The VSX 48e can be remotely controlled via USB or Ethernet and its settings can be locked to prevent unauthorized access.
