Surface mount CAT 5e box for when in-wall box and wire installation are not possible. A clean and simple solution for network expansion. Box is durable plastic white in color. Cat 5e is written in small blue letters on box face for correct cable indentifcation. Comes with double sided adhesive mounting pad to mount the box to the wall or you can use the two screws provided to screw it down to baseboard window sill trim etc. Two Cat5e Jacks are included. Zip ties are included also to secure wire into box and to prevent pull throughs. Comes with illustarted install instructions. You ll need a punchdown tool type 110. Box has two slits in the back side to allow the wires to enter the box for flush moutning. Box top snaps on and off for easy access to wires after unscrewing one accessible philips screw.
